1. Identification

ORRENTO is a trade name operated by LÓGICA PREMONITÓRIA - LDA, NIF/NIPC 518248542, with registered office at Rua Professor Sebastião A. Morão Correia, Lote 102, 4º Andar Frente – Granja Park, 6000-429 Castelo Branco, Portugal.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase of products through the website https://orrento.es.

3. Purchase process

The user selects the products, adds them to the cart and completes the purchase by entering their shipping and payment details. After confirming the order, a confirmation email is sent.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and shown before completing the purchase.

5. Payment methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ORRENTO does not store payment card data.

6. Shipping and delivery times

Shipments are made via Correos (standard shipping). Estimated times vary by destination zone (Mainland, Balearics/Ceuta/Melilla, Canary Islands) and are detailed on the Frequently Asked Questions page.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the user has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification, except for legal exceptions. To exercise it, they must contact atiliosud@gmail.com.

8. Returns and refunds

In the event of withdrawal, the refund will be made using the same payment method used by the user, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice (or from receipt of the returned product, whichever is earlier).

9. Warranties

Products carry the legally established warranties against lack of conformity, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection regulations.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish and European consumer protection law.
